Our sales have continued to climb with 2020 estimates running at about KRW 64.0 billion since we recorded sales of KRW 43.9 billion in 2013, KRW 45.0 billion in 2014, KRW 54.8 billion in 2015, KRW 60.0 billion in 2016, KRW 54.8 billion in 2017, KRW 59.2 billion in 2018, and KRW 56.7 billion in 2019.
Who are PENMIX's major customers?

We supply high quality medicines through CMO contracts to about 60 companies in Korea. We also supply high quality medicines to Southeast Asia and Mongolia, while our main focus is on Japan.

What does PENMIX mean?

"Pen" in PENMIX is derived from "Penicillin" while "mix" is derived from "mixture," which implies a pharmaceutical company that specializes in the manufacturing of medicines containing penicillin.
PENMIX Salary & Welfare System

PENMIX has an annual salary system for all employees and operates a wide range of benefits such as holidays and allowances for congratulatory events and condolences, as well as support for children's schooling, including middle, high school and university level.

Reading Management System	In order to cultivate our employees' culture, we have books of culture and business management and encourage them actively study and read.
Improvement Proposal System	In order to improve upon business operations, we implement the improvement proposal system for all employees. Excellent proposals are awarded based on monthly evaluations.
GAP-reduction Activities	Reducing the Group Activity Program (GAP) is a mutual exchange activity that promotes smooth communication between the teams. As a general rule, the GAP-reduction activities require the participation of the entire team, while specific activities include inter-team exercise, walking and enjoying concerts or performances.
